Job Description

POSITION :: Regional Service Coordinator::Bath Division::

 

• Candidates selected for the post will undergo probation for Six Months.   
• Candidate Profile:
• Education Candidate possess a Diploma in the following stream (Mechanical) stream with a minimum of 50% marks.
• The Diploma must be through a full time, regular day course.
• Computer literate and possess good numerical and communication skills.
• Gender: Male.
• Age:Less than 26years.
• Languages: Knowledge of English and Regional language.
• Work Experience: 1 - 2  years in similar industry is a must requirement.
• Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Experience of 1-2 years in a Support function, preferably consumer facing/ handling (preferable and not necessary)
• Experience of handling off-roll employees will be an added advantage.
• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFCATION CAN BE WAIVED OFF FOR THOSE CANDIDATES, HAVING SKILL AND EXPERIENCE FROM THE SAME
• INDUSTRY

 

The broad responsibilities are -

·         The Service coordinator is an Executive level-1 in the Asian Paints Ess Ess – Bath Division Unit whose prime responsibilities are to maintain Customer Satisfaction score by working in close coordination with the Sales Team. ·         To handle customer complaints and ensure resolution; ·         Guiding Technicians for non-solvable complaints on their own. ·         Visiting consumers’ site along with Technicians on random basis to understand their ways of working. ·         Quality of complaint closure ·         Extensive travel of 16-20 days in a month ·         Managing Set of Technicians ·         Market Visit - Dealer Visit and Consumer Site visit ·         Plumber Meets - To brief on Function and Technicality of New Products on recently launched, on existing products -   Product features - Collecting feedback and plumbers requirement – Shop Meets as per sales team requests in various towns of the division. ·         Product Panel display -  at distribution/dealer/sub-dealer’s counter and at all show rooms - Allotting Technicians and monitoring the completion of this activity within the set SLA ·         Training to SO – newly inducted ·         Accompanying Sos in business meetings, whenever required ·         He may be allotted any additional responsibility necessitated at the unit ·         Job is transferable from one division to another division, as per company’s requirement.

 

Selection Process

 

The selection process comprises of a Written test, Preliminary Interview & Final Interview.
