Position: - Procurement Specialist Diploma Degree

Job Location: - Bangalore, Karnataka

Qualifications: - Diploma/Mechanical Engineering/Production/Industrial Engineering Studies

Experience: - 3 to 5 years

Your Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for allocating work and priorities for daily plan execution based on production progress and shipping priorities.
• Support and initiate improvements in production processes to meet safety and quality standards.
• Make timely decisions on deviations and errors and implement CAPA.
• Hold the team accountable for consistently meeting production quantities.
• Recommend process improvements for the overall process and quality system.
• Efforts are made to eliminate production bottlenecks and increase factory production capacity.
• Reduce the overall TPT of manufactured products to shorten the overall product lead time.
• Ability to handle production shifts and coordinate well with Production Manager/Plant Manager.
• Your background:-
• Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering Degree/Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant functional experience.
• Hands-on experience with rotor balancing, rotor turning processes, metrology/tool ​​and fixture qualifications/process qualifications/PPAP.

Familiar with machining process/component/manufacturing/assembly manufacturing process.
